Under-Sink Organizer Size Guide

The organizer has to fit the hole that is left, not the cabinet in the listing.

How-to guide

A tape measure across an open under-sink cabinet
Illustration. The clear door opening is the first measurement.
Quick method: Measure the narrowest door opening, the depth, the open floor on each side of the pipes, and the height under the basin. Then decide between a narrow pull-out, a wider one, or two tiers only if a column is clear.

Opening, then the side

Tape across an under-sink door opening
The opening, with the door and hinge in the way. This decides whether an 11-inch or 14-inch pull-out can enter.
Tape on the cabinet floor beside a P-trap
The open floor beside the trap. A product that is wider than this space does not fit, even if the door opening is wide.

What to measure

What not to do

Do not start with a two-tier unit because it holds more. The layout is in organizing around the pipes.
